If you have never heard of Chalk Couture, let’s start from the beginning.  Chalk Couture is a versatile home decor/ DIY product that is easy to use with amazing results.  There is Chalkology paste (non-permanent chalk paste) and Couture Ink (permanent ink) that are used with silk screen stencils (called transfers).

Chalk Couture

Let’s start with the tons of transfers.  It comes in 41 vibrant colors and is chalk in a paste form.  This chalk paste can be put on chalk boards, glass, plastic, metal, canvas…tons of options

Now onto the ink!  The ink is for making permanent images on fabric.  This is great for shirts, pillows and tea towels, but not limited to just those items.  The ink also comes in a myriad of colors and is permanent once set with heat from a normal household iron (no fancy heat press required!)

The transfers are amazing!  There are tons of transfers to choose from.  You can mix and match to create a unique design.  There are some with words, some with graphics, some with both.  You can choose to only use a part of a transfer to make your own unique design.

How it works

The transfer is sticky on the back, so no need to have to tape it in place or worry about it sticking.  Place your transfer on your object and use a squeegee to apply the paste.  Remove the transfer and let the chalk paste dry.  It is that SIMPLE!
